River Tammetta, PMHNP/Co_Owner
My interest in the medical field began during my 15 year Army career. However, it wasn’t until shortly after my service ended that I was able to attend nursing school. My interest in behavioral health was immediate, and I was employed in a variety of facility types while working on my Master’s degree. As a provider, I believe that medication is only a small part of treatment. For overall wellness, good nutrition, consistent exercise, and a nurturing environment are equally important. I strive to incorporate these beliefs into my practice, so I’m not just decreasing your symptoms, but improving your health.

Sara Moss, PMHNP
I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who believes in collaboration, transparency, and education — and in you having control over your care. I specialize in trauma and work extensively with first responders, public safety professionals, and frontline workers. I am also certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy and experienced in ketamine treatment, so feel free to ask me how ketamine could benefit you. I look forward to working with you!

Aurora Thrush, LPC/Owner
I am a board approved supervisor for associate level therapists, and have 14 years of experience working with children and adults. I structure each session with your needs in mind, and utilize a Person Centered approach to psychotherapy. My goal for our sessions is to provide a safe space to build the trust and respect necessary for successful realization of your goals. We will work together to identify conflicts and aspirations, and begin untangling from the past that may be holding you back.

Tammy Porter, LMFT
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 18 years of experience in community mental health in Southern Arizona. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy grounded in Client-Centered, Strengths-Based, and Trauma-Informed Care. You are the expert of your own life. My role is to walk alongside you—helping you recognize your strengths, deepen insight, and develop practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change. Therapy is a
collaborative process where your goals and voice guide our work together. I will support you in navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, chronic pain, substance use, parenting stress, and relationship challenges. My goal is to facilitate growth and healing—helping you build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create sustainable change.

Ada Gingyen Lam, MA, LPC, NCC
I provide support to individuals and families as they work through life’s difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, academic/career stressors, family and interpersonal conflict, life transitions, grief, self-esteem, and/or identity-related issues. One of the core components of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. Checking if we may be the right fit for each other is a step in the right direction in receiving effective treatment and care.

Kyli Skrill , LAC
I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor with a passion for working with children and adolescents. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Arizona and hold certifications in both mental health and school counseling. I strive to create a comfortable and engaging environment where young clients can safely explore their emotions and develop coping skills. My approach is personalized, and I work closely with families and the child to support each child’s unique emotional and developmental needs. My goal is to foster resilience and growth, helping children and their families navigate their journeys toward mental wellness.
